    هو صحيح الشقق غالية شوية , بس بالنسبة للناس اللي بتتكلم عن ان الشركات العقارية أرخص وبتقدم عروض أفضل أحب أقول اني اتعاملت مع الشركات ديه وسيبكم من اعلاناتهم , يكتبلك في الاعلان قسط شهري ألف جنيه وفي الآخر ساعة ما تيجي تتفق معاهم تلاقي بقى فيه قسط ربع سنوي ونصف سنوي وساعة التسليم تدفع مبلغ كذا وفي الآخر تلاقي نفسك هتدفع أكتر من أربع خمس تلاف جنيه في الشهر .. ﻷ وخد ديه كمان .. الكلام دا على العمارات اللي لسه هتطلع ومبدأوش بنى فيها, لكن العمارات الجاهزة أو اللي هتخلص قريب بتبقى أغلى من كدا بكتير النقابة صحيح معملتش تسهيلات كويسة في التقسيط لكن في الاجمالي سعر الشقة كدا كويس جداً نظراً للموقع المتميز والكمبوند المقفول بكامل مرافقه
